We have both, now don't get me wrong, I love our fish, and our Niger Trigger is my buddy, he even lets me pet him.(don't laugh its true) But I find our reef to be much more rewarding! New stuff is growing all the time, I love to set and look at the reef, you never know what you are going to find. Good Luck on whatever you decide. Lisa
