yes, but don't worry about being exact. I'd shoot for about 20-25 and let it run for a week and adjust as needed. If you see a good steady bubble count then Id adjust the effluent. If the bubble count is kind of erratic I'd speed that up and adjust the effluet.
Don't worry about the ca level, that will fall is as you get the alk adjusted.
