i dont know how this happened but how do i get him out please help me sorry the pic is not good

Is he in an overflow? Just get him out. What's preventing you from getting him out?

yes he is in a over flow how do i get him out i cant fit a net in there plus i dont even have a net and i dont want to grab it with my hand.

personally i would do what i had too GL

take a small plastic bottle (like a coke bottle - one litre) cut off the top part and invert it - so the part where the cap is is down inside - tie some fishing line through a hole in the side of hte fish trap - put some food in the fish trap - lower the trap into the hole and then pull out hte fish ....

well the trap is set who knows how long till he goes in for the food i will check in every now and than

What's wrong with your hand? Little guy ain't going to hurt you.....and if it bothers you that much what are you doing with fish?
Just be gentle and put him back into the tank. Is there a woman with small hands in the house? Lesley

Clowns do have teeth and if you have a lose area on your skin they can nick you pretty good. Of course they aren't sharks or lion fish or anything ....

doesn't hurt--will startle you. i still have a scar from when my clowns attacked me months ago and i jumped inadvertently dragging my forearm along the inner lip of my tank. drew blood. and no joke i seriously still have a 2 inch long scar

ok i finally got him out he went into the bottle only 15 hours after i put it in now i think he got ich from being stressed out he has like some fuzz on different spots on him what should i do now, i see this being a snowfall effect that will whip out my tank but we learn from our mistakes

I got mine out with a small net (about 2 inches across)
one of mine got me in the webbing between my fingers and nicked me a bit - but it is more of a startling factor then a pain/cut factor

You can feed him some food soaked in garlic. Personally I'd suggest you start a new thread in the disease forum and check out the stuff there on ick
