DT is a 75gl 48" long AGA and the sump is going to be the 30gl long 48" short AGA, havnt though about baffles and such yet, i think im gonna have the one compartment for the sump(needs ot be pretty big unless i get a new smaller skimmer (any recomendations under 100 bucks) ) and then a baffle/bubble trap then in the middle the return an then one the other end the fuge, off of the OF it has a 1" hole so i will go off of that then split that one into the skimmer an one into the fuge, and for going up i was gonna do like you said, go off the pump then have a 2 or Y one goin up to the tank then another goin back into the fuge just for flow reasons an ill have the valve on both of those to control the flow, then off the one goin to hte tank ill have it T'd off an have them dump into the tank , sounds like fun lol....

I need to know height and width of each tank also. Saves me from having to look it up.

Also the skimmers footprint, with all needed parts and pieces. The recomended operating height too.

Heres a $5.00 ATO. Feed it right off your RO, does your RO come with an auto shut off? You can gat these float valves online. Google plastic float valve. You can just super glue them to the top of your sumps return pump compartment. I used a piece of polytube with a piece of hard airline inside the poly, in order to make an extension. They are adjustable.

DT is 48x18x21
Sump is 48x12.5x13
Skimmer 7x16" and needs i would say 8 inch of water? that would completly submerge the pump im really not sure how much its supposed to be though lol

and for the ATO the tank is in a finished room that has cinder block walls, now i dont mind drillin through the walls an stuff but the RO/DI is going to be about 30 feet away, can i just 30 feet of 1/4" tubing from the RO/DI or how would i set this up?

O.k I editied you pic. This is a better design. IMO. You can build a small compartment just big enough to house the drain lines feeding the fuge. This isn't necessary, but will help control the flow through the fuge, also eliminating bubble wich will float your cheato. Just take away about 3 in from the fuge compartment. Likewise you can use a filter sock over the drain lines, but that wont create an upward flow through the fuge. As indicated by my fancy pants red arrow.
You can either use 2 short baffles to make the baffle with the gap, or just cut some holes in it, about 2 inches up from the top of the SB.
Baffle height, from left side to right side
A.= 8 in
B. =11in
C. 6in
D.= 6in
E.= 11in
F.=10in
G= 2 6in pieces with 1 in between
H.= 11in
Now, just set your skimmer in the skimmer compartment, put the first baffle up as close as it can go to it. Maybe leaving just a little wiggle room. Then start placing baffles from left to right, leaving 1.5 in. between each one. When you get to the return compartment, set you pump in doing the same as with the skimmer, a little wiggle room please. Continue setting baffles, with 1.5 between.

I would be glad to, but those are just notes I was making as I went. They say:
Dt=48x18x21
Fuge=48x12.5x13
BW=7.4 gal
Skim=12.5x8x16
Return=6x12.5x6
fuge=23x12x10
volume remaining=12.4 gal
I didn't keep a full size version, just this one. Those measurements for each compartment will be fudged some, but you should get the idea. Just build it like I stated and you'll be all good!

Well, I dont believe the turboflotor is a bad skimmer, but as your allready in that price range, look at the asm g-2, spend a few extra bucks and get the asm if you ask me. Or for a few less the octopuss is getting some pretty good reviews on here. But, I'd do the ASM.
It's the S@^T

BTW I'd do any "T'ing under the stand, then shoot up the back, it'll be cleaner that way.
If you allready have the turboflotor, use it.
