So, if and when they go bad do they start to read all over the place, or will they still read consistantly? Just wrong.
Sorry, I have API kits right now. I have had them a while. The reason I am asking is they are being questioned.

Most test kits are good for 1 year, after that, the readings are iffy and can't be trusted.

This is real close to what is going on here. I have had my kits for some time. Like you, when ever i test somthing other then my main display, I get different readings. The readings appear to be correct.
I have found out since posting this thread, that bad kits will test consistant however the will be off. I am gonna have to get mine checked out.
