Help me pick a new fish my head's spinning!

I've done so much research my head's head's going to explode, is there any fish that we can all agree on?
75 FOWLR tank (slowly adding some easy coral), two Clowns two Cardinals, decent CUC, that's it so the tank is wide open.
I'd like something colorful, peaceful, coral safe, and that won't hide all the time.
I considering YWG/Pistol shrimp?
Firefish?
Coral Beauty?
Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
What is the rush? You have not found anything that strikes your fancy so far. Wait a bit and then decide a little clearer in your head, exactly what colors...mid-tank swimmer or rock hugger. Once you have an idea then look for the fish. Your tank will be there a long time there is no hurry to fill it up, in fact lots of folks fill the tank and then find a fish they want and decide to start playing musical fish and returning them to the store.
SWF do not handle change well, so you want to get the right fish the first time around. So relax, it's a hobby, not a need to do thing right now or it implodes.

I'm not rushing, just the opposite. I've spent months and $$$$ uprgading my tank based on all you good people's help.
I had consistantly high nitrates, so I built a killer refugium that is now teaming with chaeto.
I cleaned my septic sand bed (thanks Snake).
I cooked my LR which now looks amazing.
I bought real test kits and now ALL my levels are perfect.
I added powerheads and a killer CUC.
I also removed my favorite fish, my Yellow Tang, and two Damsels that were bullies. This was NOT easy.
I'm not rushing, I've been patient and don't want to make any more mistakes. So if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
Thank you.

if your interested in a coral beauty I would make it the last fish added since they get territorial quick and new additions can get harrassed.
I say if you like fire fish go for it, ad one.
the watchman pistol pair are cool I guess just not my thing. but I think you would be fine to go with them too if you like.

Wow, forgive me...you really did some work there. If you have FOWLR why care if it's coral safe, are you planning an upgrade later?
Pigmy angelfish ...any of them would do, the only sad thing is only one per your size tank. They may nip at LPS but it's an iffy thing per fish, my Lemonpeel didn't bother anything. Out of 5 only 1 other had trouble with a nipper. They love to swim in and out of rock all day and as a bonus they love to eat algae.
Dottyback or a royal gramma are very pretty active fish. (again choose only one)
I had a fox face rabbit fish in my 75g.

I'm leaning towards a Coral Beauty, but I'm a little concerned about it nipping at the coral I'll eventually be adding.
So what do you guys think about a Coral Beauty?
And if I do add one, should I do it last?
Thanks again.

Hey Billy. I would. My beauty is very territorial. Easy and hardy fish to care for, but I added her second. Now she chases every new addition and freaks them out. I have to keep rearranging my rock to confuse the territory, and even then sometimes she'll nip at them ocassionally until she adjusts to them being in "her space". The rock rearranging works for me, but had I known I would've put her in last.

Although they are a bit smaller than the fish you mentioned I love the look of a sixline wrasse, active swimmers with loads of color. Easy to care for and reef safe

Well my wife made the decision for me, got home from work yesterday, which was my birthday, and two bags were floating in the tank....
YWG and Pistol Shrimp!
One was from one store one was from another so they hadn't met. I put a nice flat piece of LR in the front center of the tank hoping they might make it their home and I'd be able to see them. After acclimation I put the shrimp in first, right in front of the rock and under he went. Then the YWG same deal and right under he went and they hung out all night, very cool.
Funny how they instinctively just pair up, it's like they were old friends.
