I have a 46g tank with 156 watts of T5 lighting on it. I have a pair of Ocel clowns and want to get them an Anemone. Any suggestions on which species will survive under this light and that the clowns will like?
Given that you're using good bulbs and they're individually reflected, I'd suggest a Bubble-Tip anemone. They're a pretty good "starter" anemone, and clowns generally host them.

I would think a LTA would be a great starter because of the price and the hardiness of them.
I had one of them in the beginning with a gold stripe and she loved it.
LFS recommended a green BTA. Don't think that i have the substrate for a LTA. I like the carpets, but understand they are difficult and will likely outgrow my tank.
Also, I just got the larger of my Ocels out of my friend's tank where she was fighting with a smaller mated pair of Percs over a white carpet ane. Does anything think that makes her more or less likely to take to a green BTA?
You also have to consider the size and the aggressiveness of the anemone you choose. Bubble tips are smaller and far less aggressive. False clowns usually host to them and they are also cheaper.
