I have a bristle worm and my puffer attacked it and now my puffer has these white spines on him. HELP! Is he going to be ok?

Its a defense mechanism of the bristle worm and probably not fatal for the puffer. Did the worm survive...or did the puffer end up with a snack?

i had a bristle wome in my tank messing around with one of my anomenes had a hard time catching it but i dit.i found him wrapping himself around a snail. yanked it out with some plastic salad spoons and tossed him in the backyard to the birds he was about 13 in fully extended

How is he now?
It wasn't the worm's fault. The bristles on the worm are just to protect it and will stick to the attacker, in this case your puffer. Bristle worms are normally very harmless, they don't attack live stuff unless theya re really really sick and about to die.

:cheer: I don't think it would actually kill him, unless it gets infected or something. I've never heard of the bristle worms being poisinous.
