I'll tell you that's a lot of fish for a 37 gallon tank. And you will need to think about whether some of those more aggressive fish will be a problem with some of the inverts you're planning. I'd pare it back to no more than four small to medium sized fish (about the size of your clowns). You can go pretty wild with inverts, but be careful to ensure that the fish you choose will not bother them (or one another). And most importantly, please go slowly! Add one fish at a time (unless it's a mated pair, of clowns for instance) and give them a month or so before adding another. You can pepper in inverts (and corals, for that matter) as you go. Wait at least six months before adding any starfish. And be sure to give the tank a good four weeks or so before adding anything. I'd start with a cleanup crew consisting of snails and hermits, and then add others from there.
Good luck!

welcome to the boards. you are not allowed to post competitor web site here.
as far as your fish list, looks like a bit much for only a 37 gal tank.
The sailfin is definatly too big for that tank. they get really large.
The dward lion will eat all the small fish. plus your tank may be too small
The puffer will eat the small snails plus tank too small
The sand shifting star will starve in such a small tank
hawk will eat your shrimp
I would stick with the
black and white clown
citron goby
lemonpeel angel
Splendid Psuedochromis
and maybe firefish goby or a lawn mower blenny

Lemonpeel Angel - possible
Citron Clown Goby - possible
Longnose Hawkfish - risk to shrimp
Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish Lionfish - Dendrochirus brachypterus - not suitable, IMO, a risk to shrimp and small fish
Splendid Psuedochromis - Pseudochromis splendens - possible
Saddle Valentini Puffer - a risk to various inverts
Sailfin - Tang? Not even remotely suitable.
Dwarf Zebra Hermit Crab - Coenobiata species
Chocolate Chip Sea Star - threat to any corals, snails, etc
01 - Queen Conch - not needed with the nassarius and ceriths
01 - Sand Sifting Starfish - will most likely starve to death. Not suitable
Black and White False Ocellaris Clown - possible
You definitely do not need that many hermits and shrimp and probably not that many snails. The lemonpeel and pseudo may get attitudes.

Lemonpeel Angel Maybe
Citron Clown Goby Sure
Longnose Hawkfish Not with any shrimps
Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish Lionfish - Dendrochirus brachypterus Not unles you don't have any other small fish or inverts in tank
Splendid Psuedochromis - Pseudochromis splendens possibly
Saddle Valentini Puffer No way
Sailfin No tangs belong in any tank smaller than 70 gal
Dwarf Zebra Hermit Crab - Coenobiata species Sure
Camel Shrimp Sure
Peppermint Shrimp - Wonderful idea (unless you get a lion)
Zebra Turbo Snail Sure
Chocolate Chip Sea Star OK if you don't want corals
10 - Cerith Snails Good idea
05 - Nassarius Snails Better idea
10 - Nerite Snails Good idea
01 - Queen Conch No, they get large and need quite a bit of substrate
01 - Sand Sifting Starfish NO It will starve
10 - Mexican Turbo Snails Good idea
10 - blue leg hermit crab Sure
10 - Mexican Red Leg Hermits Colorful addition
01 - Cleaner Shrimp Good idea
