Help me set up my 55 with a 10 gal fudge???

I currently have a 55 gal. with a hang on penguin. I want to switch it over to a 10 gal underneath it but don't know how. Is it realy involved, and what type of funding will it take? Cost is becoming an issue with my wife, we have a new baby now and she want's us to devote all the spare cash we have on him! My tank has taken a back seat..

It's tecnically meant for a 29G but we do disscuss the easy change for a 55g

10 gallons of fudge......thats enough to last a few weeks and probably gain a few 10 pounds or so heheh.
