Help me with this order

HI guys!
I am planning on changing my CC to sand this weekend and was then hoping to place an order with SWF next week...
Tell me what you think about adding these guys to my tank:
Atlantic Carpet Anemone
Queen Conch
Turbo/Astrea snails (x10)
Ricordea Polyps (x2)
and either 3 neon gobies or 1 maroon clown
THANKS! :notsure:
Roni
I currently have a yellow tang, 2 percs, coral beauty, 2 engineer gobies, 3 damsels, strawberry basslet, 3 curly cues, cc star, and a few misc snails....
If I add those fish... that will be it for me... no more fish after that.

I have a Corallife 4x65 50/50 strip. It has worked really well but I was also looking into just replacing the bulbs with something a little stronger.
I was going to try and "push-it" with my fish load to give my tank some action and to have enough for an order from here
Thanks for any additional input.
Roni

PS... I attached a pic of my "babies"

I would consider waiting if you are removing the CC and then adding the sand.....lots can happen to the water quality once you remove all the "goodies" thats in the CC. IMO

Wow ronipa you really don't want to mix a maroon clown with those percs, it could be deadly, a territorial issue in a 55 gallon tank could give you two dead baby percs. I've been there and seen it before.
Also I think I might have mentioned this before but the carpet anemone should be out.
1. they love to eat fish, aside from your clowns it will sting, stun and eat other fish in the tank.
2. they can and will outgrow a 55 gallon tank
3. sting other corals, and kill them
I just don't think it is the best idea.
I too suggest that perhaps you are at your limit of fish.

With what you currently have combined with what you are considering I see several potential problems...
The carpet may be more than your system can handle...they are aggressive...prefer a mature and stable system with intense lighting...and can kill smaller fish for meals.
The mixing of clown species is often a fatal mistake even in much larger systems.
The cc star itself may prove to be problematic...not considered reef safe and can be aggressive I believe.
The yellow tang can have problems in a heavily stocked 55...they can do well in a 55 but with your stocking levels I'd think chances for success are lower than normal.
Changing from CC to a sand bed will disturb your system for a while and I'd suggest letting it settle and become stable before any new additions.
I don't mean to sound totally negative but I'd suggest that you carefully research the needs and compatability of all the species you are considering then decide what additions you'd like to pursue.
