Help me!!

I bought this drawf lion fish about a month ago and it looked fine. I really haven't been paying too much attention to it because it isn't active and the nba playoffs.... but today however, I looked at it and notice its stomach was clear

. I don't know what it could be, so I stopped by the LFS I got him from and asked about it. He said maybe I'm feeding him too much and the stomach is expanding which I have or worst case is that he ate a worm or some sort. He said to feed it less and see what happens. I feed him frozen mysis shrimp. Just tested my water today and everything is good. My salinity is a little high tho. 1.027. Please give me some input.

there isint any infection that i see so there might be something attacking it.

maroon clown, dragon goby, lawn mower blennie, and firefish
My first thought was that maybe a bristle worm is doing it? I have seen them and ordered a for them. And yes it is still alive and breathing hard.

sure wasnt the little fish you have .thats just awefull.

Yea I did that. It's so sad... I hope it will make it. And I don't think its the other fishes too

sorry,i hate when something is happening and have no idea what is going on.
only time i have seen something like that was when my hermits ate a dead fish.
