I tried to sign up my daughter (Nemo10) and use my other email address and SWF has not sent her a confirmation email for now about two weeks. Why have they not? Could one of you find out she is very disappointed and would like to use her own account.

No have not used it again that I know of I am using my home account right now for me. Sorry it took so long to get back. Wife totalled the car coming back from Branson, MO last night. Everyone is alright but she fractured her ankle bone and sprained her wrist. Nemo10 had whip lash and both are resting now.

I checked the email and it is the right msn email so I do not understand why she has not recieved a email yet. I guess I will just ait and see if the mods can help.

I just tried to switch my e-mail to my yahoo account and it said you couldn't use yahoo or hotmail. Maybe that's the problem.

I have a msn account not hotmail, but maybe
I will see if I need to switch if the mods say but I have a juno account also if I need to switch to that.

Scuba, use the "report" feature here. In the comment section give the account name and email address so we can forward it to them. (that way your email address isn't out here for everyone)

when i used hotmail (run by msn) it always went to junk mail.
hope your family heals quickly. i'm glad it wasn't too bad.

Hey Mods,
It has been 10 days now and still no email conformation that my daughter can use. Can anyone find out what is going on with Nemo10?

I dont see nemo10 in the regestered users area*below is the regesteres users that are listed*. This is what I would do Try to reregister with the same information if you cant because it says the user name or email already exists I would open a different email for her just for this reason and create an account changeing the username just alittle bit and then after regestering you can change the email to the email you before to use.

Yep, I had to change the email address and the Sign in name but she is now Nemo1997. If she causes any problem let me know but she is a real good kid. She is very excited about saltwater and I am showing her everything I have learned from here.
