Help! My anemone is looking very thin!

So, I've had my anemone for about three weeks now, and they've been doing just fine. However, yesterday and today, their foot has been looking awfully thin and they have shrunk to a small size, and look very wrinkly. Every so often it inflates, but only to a small size, then it becomes skinny again. I don't know if it's because I've recently introduced them to the white light that my tank has, but I really have no clue and could really use some help. What's wrong with my anemone!!!!

Light shock can be a definite factor. It is not uncommon for nems to detach and seek a more comfortable area. Have you been feeding it? If so, what type of grub?

I feed my nem myssis shrimp once every week, although it hasn't necessarily been open to eating either.

Test your water parameters it’s possible that it’s trying to adjust to the new light. Dim down the light
