Hello. I need help on saving my fish. I dont know if they are sick or not. I just got them 2 days ago at *****. Today which is the 2nd day i notice some white spot on the angel fish. I have live rocks and some hermet crabs in there with 2 other firefish and a cardinal. I have no idea what kind of treament I need to buy to get them healthy again. They eat alot.

Can you possibly post a picture? If not, check out the disease photos and tell me if you think it looks like ich.
I take it you did not quarantine these fish?

The only two things that truly kill ich are copper and hypo. Both of these things need to be done in a quarantine tank.
The only reef-safe med that has ever worked for me is Stop Parasite. You definitely need an alkalinity test kit to use this product though.

Its safe to use the stop parasite in my tank right? And if that doesnt work i shuold do a hypo huh? cause i dont have another tank to put these fish in. and it is really really hard to get them i have alot of rocks =P

Yes, Stop Parasite is safe to use in your tank with inverts. Hypo is a better way of treating ich, but needs to be done in a quarantine tank that does not have any rock or inverts in it. That would mean you would have to catch all of your fish and put them into a quarantine tank.
What are your water levels now? (ammonia, nittrite, nitrate, pH, kH, temp, and salinity)

i jsut started this tank i have no idea but i know the salinity is 1.027 and the temp is 81 thats all i know. oh yeah hypo is reducing the salt lvl right?

Oh, so you don't know any of the levels? Well, the first thing I would do is immediately get yourself a master test kit so that you can test all of your levels.
When you say you just started the tank, do you mean it is still cycling? How long have you had it running?
A salinity of 1.027 is a little high. Get it down to 1.026.

The ***** will probably only carry Aquarium Pharmaceuticals master test kit. That contains a pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate test kit. You will also need an alkalinity or kH test kit.
Hypo is slowly (2 days) lowering the specific gravity to 1.009. You need to do this with a refractometer though so that you do it precisely.

Wow, you have already dropped the specific gravity down to 1.009? I would strongly suggest to take it much slower, keep a very close eye on pH, nitrates, and kH in the quarantine tank, and keep the fish in hypo for 3 weeks while you monitor him closely.
