I got a frag with 3 tiny shrooms on it.They were held in place with pins.Well i've lost all but 1 of them. The pins kept popping out and their lost now
So the one that is left.i put it on the sand bed and flipped a glass over it.So the current doesn't get it.Will it be o.k.?I want it to attach to the sand so i can glue it
It has a rusty spot on it were the pin was.Do you think it will die?

You lost shrooms are probably somewhere in the tank and when they grow up you will find them. The little rust spot shouldn't kill the shroom as they are VERY hard to kill. I wouldn't put anything into your tank in the future that can rust though, that could be detrimental. If you get a little tub (like a country crock tub) clean it very well, put some sand in it and then cover with bridal veil so current can get in, your shroom will attach and then you can glue away. Also if you get a small rubber band you could strap em up to a rock until it attaches.

Yeah the pins are gone.I tried the rubberband but it is so tiny.Like the size of a eraser and the rubberband kept popping off.

I just woke up and mine did too
. It attached barely enough for it to not roll around anymore so mine is on a good track. Maybe try two rubberbands on opposite sides of the shroom? Not sure =

put it in a small tupperware container with enough holes drilled in it so that it gets some flow. House it in there until it's attached, normally a few days.
