Help Need Advice

I have a old hex that is leaking, fish, rock and coral. Getting a Nano today. How

do I switch over everything ASP> sand rocks everything

I would move the rock over first and position it how you would like it. Then catch your fish and put them in a seperate container with some water from the old tank. Then I would move the sand over next trying too keep the dust cloud to a minimum. Then move all the equipment and get that running for about 20 or 30 minutes to let the inevitable dust cloud settle and then once that happens you should be good to add the fish back in. Thats what I did when I switched tanks

All sounds good except try keeping the sand bed as undisturbed as possible, use like a bif spatula to scoop it and place it in the new tank. sand storm should be at a minimal and you will not disrupt bacteria in the sand as bad.
