Help! Need to setup a QT tank quickly. Fish have Ich

I recently noticed that my Yellow Tang and Bi Color Blenny have started showing spots. From everything I've seen I believe it is Marine Ich. I have an empty 20 gallon tank that I can use to QT these fish and treat the Ich without harming my inverts, but am not sure what the safest and fastest way to get this tank up and running is. Also any advice on the best method of treating the fish once they are in the QT would be great.
Thanks

Are there any other fish in the tank?

Then you will need to quarantine all the fish. If one has ich, they all do, some are just better at fighting off the visible signs.

if you dont have the 20 set up make sure you buy a bottle of amquil plus .add this so the ammonia dont kill the fish.i would get a hob filter and run it on your dt for a couple days to get some bacteria on the media.
when you get through this it would be a good idea to always have the qt running for new fish you buy.then your dt wont get it again.
good luck

One more question. As long as I am only using the hypo salinity method for treating the Ich, can i still put a few pieces of LR in the qt tank so my fish have somewhere to hide?
