Nice tank. I see one thing right off the bat, however. The cow fish will out grow your tank. The foxface you might be able to get away with, but i believe he will get too big as well.
Easy, colorful corals.. hmm.... maybe some zoos?? (zoathands) Theyre easy care and very colurful. Mushrooms are nice as well.

I was going to suggest the same thing. They are easy for a beginner and make the wife happy (mine had the same rules
).
There are a lot of threads showing pictures of both in the "Fish Photography" forum. Check 'em out.

I know, I know, I love the cowfish and I know he will have to go(someday), but not today! What about Mushroom Polyp - Green and Orange Ricordea. What are your thoughts on these guys? and can you order from this site and get good results?????

I haven't ordered from swf.com yet, but I've heard nothing but positive comments.

One thing that i think will make it better right off the bat would be too just flip your background, because the plants dont really match your aquascarpying you know? (well at least not yet because you dont have any corals or plants or anything) But you have to go with what you like too! I like it so far though!

Not only with the cow fish out grow your tank it is very toxic if it dies or stresses out it will kill everything in your tank
