its white skinny and tiny. its growing like a weed. i dont know if its good for the take or bad. somepne please tell me what it is and what to do?

Hard to tell by the picture..shiny could be just from the light on it.
Hard or soft? If it's soft it might be little sponges and are harmless filter feeders. If they are hard and poke you, it could be calcium growths...I don't remember what it's called but it is bad for seahorses, I had it in my reef with no problems, and it didn't bother the fish.
