HELP PLEASE!

I got a put my new purple tang in my tank today after his quarantine period of a month, which went fine. My queen angel picked on him at first but that settled down. I had to go somewhere for a while so I made the tank dark by covering it. When i came home the tang was on the bottom on its side moving its fins slowly. I got him out and put him in a large container with tank water.
Now he is swimming fine and i put him back in the tank and he is still swimming around. Is he sick what do I do?

I just turned the tank lights on and fed them they are all eating even the tang. I still want to if hemay be ill if anyone knows. When he was just laying there i felt horibly. Oh yeah if its important the tang is about 1.5 inches long.

i dont know if you have rock but remember a queen is very territ....move rock so all fish have the same chance to get adjusted
