According to the instrutions from their web site..
Yellow = input = tap water
Black = waste water, this has a backflow preventer on it
Blue = clean filtered water, this should have a ball valve that you can close

Its a valve you open and close yourself to let water flow or stop from the clean water line.
You can buy them at HD or Lowes.
