happy easter all, i'm battling an algea prob, i know i need new MH bulbs in my fixture but could that be the sole reason im getting growth? also i can't seem to get my water to clear up, it's not real bad but i'd like it a lil clearer. could the algea cause the water to be a lil cloudy?

How old is the tank,, and what is the setup, is it a new tank? Diatoms? Are you running carbon and Poly filter? do u have a Protein Skimmer? Feeding and water change habits? RO/DI water?

tank is 2yrs,reef with overflow,sump,coralife super skimmer,water change,15%every month.
