HELP PLEASE

Good morning!! I have a neon dotty back who wakes up every morning covered in white spots. They are gone in about an hour. She acts ok and eats like a hog. I have 5 other small fish in my 55 gallon and they stay unaffected. My reading water readings are good(not sure exact as i am at work and don't have my notebook) 6 fish,live rock,1 star fish,. please advise

Can you take a picture of it?
Some fish discolor when the lights are out to help them blend into the live rock. My pseudochromis does this as well as some of my tangs.

Does it sleep in the sand?

Could just be sand stuck to its slime coat then. You are sure it is all gone later? Ich will show up and drop off like this too but not every spot. Like TommieLynn said a picture would be nice.

That can be a symptom of ich. How long have you had this fish, and does the spots look like grains of salt?
If the spots are more blotches, discoloration, then its basically just the morning looks. Fish commonly fade out while lights are out/sleeping.

Just out of curiosity, do the spots show up again at night?

no-they dont show up at nite. she got up this am spot free,but i noticed she was up higher in the rocks last nite
