Can you describe the plumbing around the pump in detail?

First thing to try is to turn off the pump then pour tank water backwards down the return to try to remove any trapped air pockets.

You didn't mention what brand or type of pump it is, so I'm going to assume it's a standard return type pump. If the method above doesn't work, take the pump out of the sump and put it in a bucket of water. Plug it in to see if it's moving any water at all. If it isn't, or it's very weak, take the front cover off of the pump and inspect the impeller. If the blades are broken off, it'll have to be replaced. If the impeller looks okay, pull it out and inspect the magnet for cracks or swelling. If that's okay, check the shaft to make sure it's not bent (or broken if ceramic).

If you can hear motor running it sounds like impeller ,you may not have pushed it back in properly or it may be damaged. It's clearly not a burnt out motor ! Pull it apart again and manually try to spin the impeller.

That happens to me sometimes after doing a water change and turning everything back on. Usually I turn off the power to the pumps for about 5 seconds and turn it back on and it's all good. I'm assuming that sometime in the past 4 days you've already tried that.

Yea impeller stuck is very common.

as stated before try taking it apart, freeing up the impeller, reassembling, and testing.

Or the beaslbob method of fixing things:

if that doesn't work try a hammer (away from any glass).

If that doesn't work try a bigger hammer.

If that doesn't work it is broke.

if you break it- it was broke already.

(you might skip all that though.)
