Help Puffer Puffed

My mappa is all puffed up but swimming fine... what can be wrong... never seen this before...

My puffer used to puff up once in a while for no reason.
I would just make sure that there are no water issues and keep an eye on any fish that "may" be picking on him.

puffing is normal behavior but staying all puffed up isnt I am not real sure what would cause this though. you may want to post in the disease and treatment forum to see if its a swim baldder disease or somehting like that.

I have a porc puffer. Puffers sometimes have a hard time releasing the air/water that fills them when they puff up....this is why it is dangerous for them. It can kill them.

the puffer is fine now thanks... all back to normal
I have no idea what it was...
My idea is that he may have eaten a peice of rock... he is nearly 13" and is always biting off the rock. He seemed to be flighting himself a lot like he had something in his stomach.
