Help setting up 200 gal for Bamboo Shark and Stingray

I am setting up a 200 gal tank for a Bamboo Shark and Stingray. What type of filter, lighting and sand do I need to use. Also anyone ever bought shark eggs and how did they do???

Filter-wetdry recommended for 300gal tank or larger
Skimmer-rated for 300gal tank or larger
pump-ten times total system turnover per hour. If you have a 20gal sump then you have 220gal total system volume. Multiply that by ten and you'll know how many gph. Remember every 90degree bend is like another foot of head pressure so get the pump rated for your gph at 8' of head or so and that should be good. Also remember to put a check valve or siphon break on your return tube so you don't come home to a flood after a power outage.
Lighting I use customsealife powercompacts. Put a piece of 6'' pvc in there for the shark to hide his eyes in. Put in live rock but not a ton of live rock like in a reef tank. You want to keep swimming room open for the ray. You can get away with regular NO lights, but I still like the PC look.
Sand-use as fine a grade of sand as you can buy. Any jagged edges mean red bellies, and red bellies are a spot for possible bacterial infection.
Try to stay away from agressive fish in the tank with them. As far as stingrays go I have a cali-ray and they're idiot proof and very beautiful to watch. Blue spot rays are cool, but they're very hard to keep alive from what I've read.
UV sterilizers are very helpful as well. They are not a necessity but I will definitely recommend you get one. You could also add an ozonizer and a nitrate reducer if you really want to make it a trick setup.
MOST IMPORTANTLY(and to be done first)-buy the book Aquarium Sharks and Rays by Scott Michael. It can only help you.

i have a baby bamboo shark hes only bout 6-7 inches long... alright, about bamboos when they first come out of ther egg they wont eat for awhile even weeks, so dont get scared about it, to initiate the feeding try ghost shrimp, thats what i did, i also did brine shrimp, my shark loves that stuff, he'll eat like half a cube by himself. once he starts eating that try and hand feed him guppies thats also what im doing right now (use rubber gloves), but remember the process to get them eating is very slow it takes time, but sharks are all diff. yours could eat right away, it all depends on the shark. overall ther very fun to watch. the only down side is they grow very fast and a good size tank is essential atleast a 180 gallon, but you said u have a 200 gallon so ur perfet, they get up to 41 inches long and grow atleast 9 inches a year. good luck:p

SEEMS every shark/bamboo is diferent in feeding. from day one my daughters has been eating clams,squid,shrimp. an has been hand feed all the time w/a feeding stick. have fun.
