HELP!! Sick Fish

I noticed a few minutes ago that our clown fish looks like there is something wrong with him. One of his eyes is larger than the other and it looks like there is a cloudy, filmy look to it. He also has weird black spots that he never ahd before, as well as white marks in various places on his body. I dont know what is wrong with him, he is swimming around fine, he just looks off.
The only things that have changed recently was 2 new rocks and a bag of chemi-pure elite that was put in 2 nights ago. The other fish looks perfectly fine. Do you think it may be Ick?
Any response is greatly appreciated
Thanks!

if you could post a pic that would be great - it sounds like there may be a couple of things going on here. post this thread in the diseases forum with a pic and you'll get a positive answer quickly i'm sure.

you'll also need to post water parameters and other system info - the more info given the easier the diagnosis

I am working on getting some pics up. just came back from the LFS, everything checked out ok, but the water was a little hard. Didnt have time to get the numbers down since the store was about to close. He told me that it might be the clownfish disease, and gave me a yellow solution called "Relley" or something like that.
