How long have you had this fish? I'm hoping its just lymphocyctis. Take a look at the pictures in the Diseased Fish thread of lymphocyctis and brooklynella.

I have a maroon clown that gets small spots like this at times, but not as large as yours. I think mine does it by rubbing against rocks and sand because it is always stirring up sand, darting into the rocks, and chasing it's reflection. It tatters it's fins too but it always gets better.I tried to calm it down with an anemone but it buffed it too much and killed it. They seem to be hard for me to keep.I know it may sound strange but I have green ricordea and my clown does host in it because it does look like an anemone but it is easier to keep. Keep an eye on yours otherwise till you figure it out.

I think it's brooklynela is that bad? Can I treat her?
Can be lethal. If it is 'Brook' then treat with Formalin baths. Read all about it in the Archived threads by Beth that are listed at the top of this 'disease forum'.

You should start that procedure today on both clowns.
Notice rapid breathing? Shimmying?

The treatment does not call for rally. Formalin is what you need. Not much hope without it.

I posted in your build thread also. Formalin is the only thing known to work. Remove the fish from the tank and do a formalin dip. Make sure you aerate the water you are dipping in because the fermalihide will mke the oxygen low in the water. You need to do this pretty fast. The added stress from dip will kill them if you let the disease get to far.
