And here's our first design. What do you think?
The back of the shirt says "neos" which is the name of the company.... neosclothing.com

We're going to be exclusively online so we won't have any true expenses except for stock (by stock I mean boxes of shirts to be sold).

It's too plain. Not something I would buy... ever.
You should try to come up with your own ideas - I'm pretty sure you would have more success if you did something like http://www.tshirthell.com/hell.shtml
Look at other "online" clothing companies and see what they have done to become a success. Copy their style but remain original.
You can not sell an idea that is just your idea, and you don't have to be happy with what you do, as long as you make money at it. In this economy - that's all you can hope for.

I think it looks great! I would wear it.
I don't know how things work exactly, but maybe you can start off by making a deal with some clothing store to sell some of your shirts....to get the brand out a bit.
Getting recognized online is VERY hard to do.

I'd get rid of the pockets in the front. And you can't tell if it's short sleeve or long sleeve but IMO that would be much cooler as a long sleeve shirt. Good luck.

I actually kind of like it....Is it short sleeve? Can't tell.....100% Cotton? Are you just adding the prints to a regular dress shirt?

Yes it's a long sleeved shirt. I agree it might be better without the pockets. Personally I like the pockets, but that's a personal taste. I think it would be more popular without.

is your company designing the garment itself or just the decals?
if you're doing the garment itself then we MUST see it on a model or a mannequin in order to make any kind of assessment of its quality - cut is EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY when you're talking about a wardrobe staple such as a crisp white shirt.
If you're only talking about the decals, then it looks very current.

I'd purchase it if it wasn't a button up and didn't have those two pockets on the front or a collar.
IMO you should move the detail down about an inch or so - looks kinda goofy in front when the decal of the shirt is up over the shoulder unless there is more design on the shirt.
