Help stock my tank

Hi all! Been a lurker for about a month now. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the information I've managed to take from this site. I bought several books about aquariums but my tank was basically created totally from reading this board. Anyways, some stats about my tank to help fine tune the suggestions.
60 Gallon FOWLR (plan to have a few softies in the future)
10 Gallon Sump
10 Gallon Fuge (going to go buy some chaeto totday)
AquaC Remora Skimmer in the sump with a MJ1200
MJ1200 and MJ900 for circulation
3x54w Coralvue T-5 Lighting
45 lbs live rock
30 lbs base rock
65 lbs sand
I've had the tank and rocks in place and cycling/curing for about two months now.
ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - <10
SG - 1.026
temp - 81-84 (working on stabilizing)
calcium - >350
pH - 8.2
Livestock:
1 Black Sailfin Blenny
2 False Percs
I've had these fish in the tank for two weeks and all are doing great although one of my percs was yellow from the day I got it. He's slowly improving in color though and all are eating well.
Cleanup Crew:
13 Astrea Snails
10 Cerith Snails
4 Super Tongan Nassarius Snails
1 Turbo Snail
Now going by the inch of fish per 5 gallon rule, the guideline for my tank would be around 12 inches of fully grown fish. The problem is that the three fish I already have add up to 11 inches fully grown! The tank looks very bare right now so this can't be right can it?
I know that I shouldn't add any more fish for a while but since I plan to QT, I figure I can get some real soon since they won't end up in the main tank for 3-4 weeks. So I need some help stocking.
Ideally I'd like one more rock dweller, a small school of small fish and a free swimming show fish. Would this be too many? My favorite fish is a flame hawkfish so I figure it'd fit into the rock dweller category but I do worry about it eating my snails and/or attacking my blenny. I'll take the chance though since I MUST have this fish LOL. I really like the black bar chromis but noone seems to have these fish in stock. For the free swimmer, I was considering a dwarf angel but since I plan to have softies in the future, I'm not so sure. Considering my increased water volume (it's probably around 75 gals total), would a yellow tang be at all possible or will I face the wrath of the police?
Anyways, suggestions would be appreciated for fish and order of introduction

True, but don't those get much bigger? I already feel like I'd be pushing it with a yellow tang.
Here's a pic of my aquascaping. I went with the two islands creating a canyon in the middle setup which provides lots of swimming space, caves and overhangs.

Im a so called member of the tang police, and I approve of a yellow. That looks like comfy quarters for a yellow. Nice rock work, plenty of room to swim. A yellow will be all right, but purchase it small. The flame will do nicely, and a skool of 3 cromis (blue or green) would work. Thats a good set of fish for yer tank, and the inch rule shouldnt need apply. As long as the yellow has enough room to swim, ull be fine. Actually, purples dont get much bigger than yellows. So choose one and see how it goes, but no other tangs, unless it is a kole tang or scopas tang. Hre is a good list:
-blenny
-2 clowns
-skool of 3 cromis
-tang
-flame
That will do it. Dont get an angel. They are tougher to care for, and tangs are cool anyway. Good luck!!

Cool thanks :) It's good to know that a tang would be somewhat ok for my tank. That's a long time down the road though. At least two or three months away. In terms of aggression, it would make sense to add the small school, then the rock dweller and then the swimmer right? So the most pressing issue would be the school. Here are the fish I'm most considering right now. I would really like some new suggestions in case I'm not aware of certain fish.
Since I'm a college student, this is sorta formatted like those graduation requirement guideline things. Heh.
Choose one from each section:
A: Small School

3 Chromis (Green, Blue Reef or Black Bar)
2 Bangaii Cardinals (or can three be pulled off?)
3 Firefish
Suggestions?
B: Rock Dweller

1 Flame Hawkfish
1 Sixline Wrasse (in case I decide I like my snails too much)
1 Royal Gramma
Suggestions?
C: Free Swimmer

1 Yellow Tang
1 Flame Angel
1 Coral Beauty
Suggestions?

I'd personally go with:
3 Chromis
1 Royal Gramma
1 Yellow Tang
The Chromis are cool to watch interact... I've got 5 in my 44g, and it's funny to watch them all school together and fight against the current of the powerhead.

Also, the Royal Gramma will (if I remember my reading correctly) get along with everything you're looking to (or already have) put in your tank.
And, the Yellow Tang is just cool. They're very interesting to watch, and they develop awesome personalities.
HTH:)

I've been repremanded for a purple in my 47 gal. BUT. . .he's doing great so far (7 mo.) I have a scotts damsel, 2 ocellaris clowns, a mandarine goby (my favorite) a green brittle star, and crawling creatures! But I have to say that we are obtaining another tank to house the purple within the year (5ft 110 ga) .
My tank is awesome looking! (yes) we're proud!!!!!:jumping:

I do like the purple tangs but from what I've read, they grow up to 2" bigger, need more space, are more prone to HLLE and finally, cost over three times as much as a yellow. Being my first tank, I'd much prefer to play it safe for now.
Man I really want these chromis. I'll go talk to my LFS and see if I can get some special ordered. But then if I get these plus a yellow tang, there'd be too much yellow in the tank LOL I'll probably end up going with some blue reef chromis. Keep those suggestions coming though :)

Minor update on my tank. I decided against getting the flame hawk. I love these fish but since this was my first tank, I didn't want any potential setbacks due to predation of my cleanup crew so I decided to just get a flame hawk if and when I start a new tank.
So I went with a sixline wrasse instead. It's currently in my QT and will be introduced to the main in 3 weeks or so.
My current worry is that once I do get the wrasse in the tank, it'll attack the small school I was planning. I've read about them being aggressive at times. Mine seems pretty docile since he was kept in a tank with much larger aggressive fish at the LFS.
Is there a risk of him attacking new chromis, banggais or clown gobies? Yeah I know I screwed up on the stocking order. I was looking at some blue chromis but my girlfriend convinced me to get the sixline instead.
