Help, stuff on live rocks.

Iv been having a weird fuzz looking thing popping up on my rock, its ranges from covering a small section of rock to a little thing of fuzz, much like the end of a q-tip, standing alone. I have also been getting little white dots on my rocks. Im pretty sure they are new and look like white circles with a hole in the middle about 1mm across.

the little round things are Spirorbid worms, there harmless filter feeders like the sponge

BTW: exposing the sponges to air will probably kill them.

It won't kill pineapple sponges.

idk if its a sponge. could it be any type of fungus? the little white things kinda look like the pineapple sponge but i have them popping up everywhere in the tank at a fast rate, and the other stuff in the crevices of the rock look like something else

you definitely have q-tip sponges and spirobid worms.
both are harmless.
