Help sump/fuge for 75gallon

What is the most efficient sump/ fuge setup for a 75 gallon predrilled overflow tank? I have a 29 gallon tank that I want to convert into a Sump/fuge.. What would be a good return pump, which would give me good water flow? THis is what I was thinking.

A good setup Squidd recommends is having the return pump in the middle, with water draining to the skimmer on the left or fuge on the right.

How exactly would that setup look like. Is this what your talking about. SQUID can you give me some ideas and what would be the best type of pump.
