Squidd,
Thanks for all the help. I am getting ready to go out of town for a couple of days. Will be back middle of next week and will be setting all this up. I will probably have a couple of questions then.
Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas.

Hey here are some pics of the sump/fuge that is now done as well as the plumbing and finally one of the tank pretty much full of water. I need some more RO water in order to be able to finish filling everything. Thanks for all the help.

Looks good from what we can see from here...
Fill it up, Fire it up and let us know how it goes...might have some minor bugs or tweaking, but should have a good base to start with...

Just got the rest of my water mixed and finished filling. Ran into a little bit of a suprise. I figured that I would have to throttle back my return line because the pump was rated quite a bit higher than the 600gph overflow. However, when I fired it up I found that I needed to run the return pump wide open and throttle back the drains to get everything to balance. I think the reason is two 1" drain outlets (1 sump, 1 fuge) within 5 foot of bulkhead. Anyway, everything seems to be running fine. Thanks again for all the help squidd.
I will post pics of the final setup later.

Here are some pics of everything up and running. Now I just need to cycle the tank and then move my fish over.

I saw that in the first set of pictures (pump throttled back) was gonna say something, but the system wasn't runnning yet...
Also in first set of Pics...first drop to skimmer is straight down...I did figure you would have to shut that slightly to get water to flow over toward fuge drain...
So ..Looks like you squished the "bugs"...
