Help - Tank is CRACKED !!! ahh

Just noticed a crack in my tank. I have no idea how long it's been there. Probably not long.
It's about 1" by 1" at the back right corner...at the TOP of the tank (just below the surface). It's just to the right of the seal, but it's in front of the Oak top frame.
I've had the tank for 14 MONTHS now, so warranty on AGA is not an option I believe. Don't know whether to start freaking out or not. I know I've read threads out there where people have gotten away with a crack in their tank. I hope mine will be one of those cases.
When I shut off the return line, then the surface is BELOW the crack. I felt around there, and I think the crack is in the middle of the glass.
The tank is level...just checked it
can someone give me some advice or piece of mind? I should mentally prepare for the worst (getting another tank)

It looks like a chip in the glass from the picture. I would just keep a close eye on it for awhile. If its not leaking now and doesnt get any bigger then it should be ok IMHO.
Good luck,
Kyle

The picture is deceiving. it's actually not a chip in the glass. The crack is in the middle of the pane of glass...not on either side.
I've posted this on other boards and I've gotten mixed responses of 'keep an eye on it' - to - 'be prepared cause it WILL eventually crack all the way through'.
I've started to prepare for the worst and am probably gonna buy a new tank and transfer everything.
