help! To much heat

man! i wish we had rain! i live in sac, cali and it was 108 here yesterday!

i am so sick of the heat! but the temp is supposed to drop to 103 today!!!!!

I know what you are saying - for two years we prayed for rain but it always missed us - now I just want it to go away. I was walking the dogs a few minutes ago and the rain water next to the curbs in the street has been there SO long because it never dries up that there are great colonies of algea growing. Our back yard is like a swimming pool, and at one point had a full yard of standing water over 7 in deep and it was coming in under the walls and through the dog door.
I want a week or so of dry!

well id gladly trade places with you! but in a week i'd be sick of the rain and you would be sick of the heat!

OK...today is Saturday...mostly sunny and VERY high humidity!!! First day it hasn't rained at my house in 11+ days.

Same here.

We had to tow the riding lawnmower out of the pond yesterday because it flooded up past were I had parked it. Don't send any more this way please.

I think this is the first time I haven't begged for rain in July.
