How long did the fish store have the trigger before you bought it?
Is this trigger eating?
A sunk in stomach or a stomach that looks pinched is a sign of starvation, juveniles can starve pretty quick when not fed properly, . I hate to say this but "if your trigger is not eating and the stomach is pinched, it may already be to the point of no return".

Minnows? Freshwater minnow?
Try to get this trigger eating again, you can try mysis, if you want to feed minnows, try Frozen Sand eels or small frozen silversides instead (thawed). You can buy a feeding prong from your LFS (1.50 - 2.00), place the frozen silverside or sand eel on the feeding stick and wiggle it.
Clown triggers are eating machines, even juvenile clown triggers, they need food and lots of it. You can feed a variety of chopped meaty foods such as Scallops, Raw Shrimp, Crab, mollusk and so on....
I would wait for a response from the Disease & Treatment thread, see what they say.

Also you can get some of those feeding items like raw shrimp, scallops, clam, squid from your local grocery store. Chop it up in a blender real good and add some vitamins like vita-chem flatten into a sheet and freeze. Break the sheets into pieces to put in some sealed baggies and feed as needed. Triggers love that.
