Help Turning My Old 75 Into A Sump/fuge

Hello Everyone..i'm Going To Be Installing My 210 Soon..and Wanted To Turn My Old 75 Gallon Into The Sump/fuge For It.. How Tall Should My Baffels Be? I've Seen Some Drawings Of Some Sumps But Would Like If Someone Can Tell Me What The Ideal Height Of The Glass Baffels Should Be Cut At . I Ordered A G3 Skimmer And Want To Have Enough Space As A Refugium. Thanks ..also What Would Be The Easiest Way To Plumb It ?
