White spot on back. No little ich spots or nothing wrong with gills or fins. No sure if just a scrape. Have two emerald crabs, two skunk cleaners, watchman, and two damsels.

I don't know what it is. Just monitor it for now I guess. Sometimes fish have natural defects in them. It may be something or it may just be the way the fish is.

It does appear to be aggression. What type of damsels do you have? Also, what is your tank size? I have also seen this occur not from other fish, but from the fish itself darting around rock while evading more aggressive fish types.

Thanks guys. That makes me feel a little better. I have two yellow belly damsels that are only about 1.5-2.0 inches long. I haven't seen any sign of aggression other than my cleaner shrimp trying to get a hold of everything that passes by. My tank is a 38 gallon.

Its hard to tell in your pic. There is a ton of stuff you can get on live rock. Most is fine sum is not. Apatasia being the not. Lol but it doesn't look like that's what u have.

Yeah.....it moves. It has little antennas and little legs with a clear kind of shell shaped like half of a sunflower seed. It has like a cotton like trailer that sticks out about 1/2 inch

Will certainly need a better picture to be sure but could be a Nudibranch or a Stomatella snail.
Here is an example of a white nudibranch

Here is an example of a stomatella
