I'm a vet-tech and the best name I've worked under thus far has been
"Veterinary Health Care Center of (Town Name.)"
professional, clear and succinct.

hey I knew someone who used to rent all the imaging stuff and major equipment for people. Maybe they do it for pets too. Maybe you could start an offshoot business. They did pretty dang good.

Definitely an idea, though I have my hands plenty full between my business and starting this one. We actually could lease to own most of the equipment but all the start up lenders really do not like it as they want to be able to have 1st lien on anything and everything related to the clinic and leasing would put them 2nd, this is so they can take it all if things don't work out...
yep our feet will be to the fire....thanks for the comment though!

I agree, I work at a "(town name) animal hospital" and if that is as you say taken you might want to go with the street name or area of town or something like "(town name) animal wellness centre". Using street names brings immediate fammiliarity, even though you are just opening your doors. I would also avoid things like "budget" or "affordable" cuz really...you don't Want the scrimpers who don't really care about good medicine... y'know?
edit: oops, didn't read the last couple of posts saying you'd picked one
Good luck!

I don't know a whole lot about New Mexico, but I do know that the people of New Mexico take pride in their heritage from the 19 pueblos. Acoma, Zuni, and Laguna are the only three i can remember, so maybe you somehow use that. I can't remember all the symbols they used, but i do remember there is a parrot and an ear of corn. Or somehow use one of the pueblo's language in part of the name if you're allowed to.

what part of NM are you in? cause i have family in ALB. and Quamado out near Grants and I know there's alot of cattle out that way, so maybe a vet that made house calls for cattle might get you alot of business. Maybe
