Help w/ my Clown!!

My clown started with a little bump on her head about 5 days ago, this bump turned into a sore, and has triple the size. Now looks like some sort of infection. I took a few pic w/ my phone, but it came out pretty bad.
She is my favorite fish (3yrs), and I'd hate to lose her.

It looks and sounds like hole in head and can be treated with Metro+ and a qt tank

Are there any other fish in the tank acting aggressive.
That is not "hole in the head" aka HLLE (head and lateral line erosion).
