Today I found pieces of my RBTA and Pink Haitian BTA in shredds all over my tank!!! I found the "foot" of the RBTA and it looks like something just took big hunks off of it.
I feed every other day.
I have:
2 - Clowns
2 - Blue Damsels
1 - three strip
1 - yellow and blue something that I think is another of the damsel family
2 - Emerald green crabs
1 - Cleaner shrimp
1 - Green open brain coral
1 - Mushroom coral colony
1 - Carpet anen.
2 - BTA's left
Assortes snails and blue legged hermits.
What went wrong here???
ANY HELP IS APPERCIATED!!!!
:help:

How big are your emarald crabs? Also, it isn't a great idea to put more than 1 species of anemones in the same tank. They can wage a chemical war right in your tank. How long have they all been together? This may be the problem, but I am doubtfull because the anemones were found in pieces.

They have all been in the same tank for almost three months. The emerald crabs are a about the size of a nikle.

Does it look like the Carpet has moved at all? Of the animals you listed only the Carpet would be capeable of that kind of damage.

No. The carpet sits in a corner all by itself. The RBTA was on the other side of the tank. The Pink tip Haitian was somewhere in the middle.

None that I have seen. I have looked in there after turning off lights w/ flashlight and haven't seen anything that shouldn't be there.
