ok..my new 75 gal has cycled (with 20 gal sump refugium) and is ready to add fish...(I am using no filtration except for 4" live sand, 100 lbs of live rock, in DT and ASM G1 skimmer, chaeto, and LR in refugium) I have another tank I am taking the fish from. it is a 29 gal and here is the list of my current fish. how do I know which fish to introduce to the new tank first and how often to add another. please..any suggestions would be a help. I am nervous about moving them.
numerous snails and hermit crabs.
1 yellow watchman goby
1 domino damsel
1 3 stripe damsel
1 pigmy angel
1 false percula clown (tank raised)
1 cinnamon clown
1 coral banded shrimp
1 serpent star
2 zoos
2 ricordias
( I have had most of these fish for 3+ years)
I am attached and want to do this right :happyfish :happyfish :happyfish ..I don't want to lose any of them. ***)
any suggestions?? :help:

the clowns might not get along and the damsels are very aggressive and not that good looking as adults i would go with the tank raised clown or go for a type of chromis as the starter fish after the cycle add the angel 6-9 months down the road once the tank is well established

the damsels first for sure. then maybe the goby. the invertebrates should be some of the last to introduce. and i would say the clown later too, b/c i've never had luck introducing clowns into a tank that's not established, although they are considered to be hardy. Good luck!

just read the () and that you have had some of the fish for a while then the goby or whatever type of clown you have if you have the damsels trade them in would be the best bet the angels and inverts last

i'd get rid of the damsels... but if you're attached, i'd add them last, they'll get territorial, and if you add them last, they'll take the territory where none of the other fish go, i.e. a back corner of the tank., first i'd say the goby, then clowns, then angel, then damsels if you must., you should always add nicest to meanest to stop aggression

If you're going to leave te 29g set up, leave the damsels and the cinnamon clown in there. Then move the other fish to the 75g except for the angel. Move the angel later.
