Help with 29 gal lighting

I have a 29gal FOWLR tank that has been established for 3 months I plan to upgrade to a 55gal but still want to do all that I can for my 29gal with out going bankrupt. I currently have the regular hood that comes with a 29 with the single bulb and I was wondering if I should purchase a better bulb (24") possibly an actinic bulb 24" any where from 17 to 20 watt, but there are many options to choose from. Any suggesttions??? :help: :help:

If you plan on keeping the 29 i would get a coralife 130w pc.
They have it on the famous auction site for 130 shipped.
Thats what i have.
I like the actnic and the 10k combo, you can have them on timers, actnic,actnic and 10k, then actnic to imitate real ocean lighting.
If thats too much then a 50/50 coralife bulb will do.
