help with a 30gl?

ok i have a 30g tank and i wish to add some live rock. how much live rock should i add? and what kind? do i need any filters? do they need diffrent care?????

1 - 1.5 pounds is what people generally go by. the more the better. if u use the right amount of powerheads u dont need a hob filter but the more filters teh better. live rock acts as a filter with water movement

mine was relatively successful with a hang on back skimmer and about 30lbs of liverock. From there its all about timely water changes, time to mature and keeping the bioload low. I've since added a 10g refugium but I wouldn't call that a requirement. Use at least a few good powerheads (I'd say two 290-300gph would be great).
