help with anemone

I have had my anemone since july this year under blue/white fluros. I have noticed it has began to turn almost white, normally brown. It is a sand anemone with purple tips. What should I do???

IS ONE METAL HALIDE LAMP GOOD ENOUGH??? i HAVE A 4FT TANK WITH Lr AND 1 X ANEMONE. 70 OR 150W, 10000K OR 20000K????

150 or 250W and 10000K works best
