help with closed loop

i want to do a closed loop but dont know much about it can any one help?
ei size PUMP or holes how manny placing?
even if you dont have one may be you still can help

Closed loop system
sole purpose to increase flow of water in display tank
water drained from tank direct to a return pump
then "shot back at system.
No filtering. No into or out of sump area.
No chance of flooding in power outtage.
No input output worries really.
Happier tank inhabitants, cleaner looking tank, and now in tank PH's.
