Help with coral sliming

I changed some water this afternoon and my hammer coral and frogspawn started sliming. I am fairly new at this and have never seen it. All my water checks good ph 8.3 salinity 1.025 nitrate ammo phos all 0. Please let me know if this is normal or what i need to do thanks.

The coral is stressed and ticked off. Leave them alone they will get over it.

They sliming or shedding? some corals periodically shed. To remove old bad skin and parasites.

Not sure. I don't really know the difference. But this morning everything is looking okay so far
