help with gorgonian!!!!!!!!

i have recently ordered a gorgonian from saltwaterfish.com and i have had it for close to a week and the poulps arnt out yet wats wrong????

I bought one from saltwaterfish.com and it never opened. They gave me credit for it. i have one now and it opens especially for food. from the reading i've done they need a strong current. I shutoff my power heads today and put some food around it and it's totally opened now,

All of the ones we have will only open in a strong current.
