Help with ID, please

Hi. Can anyone help me to identify this?
2 of them came on a rock with my Xenia from my LFS.

Just to give you an idea of scale, this thing is about 3/8" tall.

that's what I thought it probably was. I was just hoping it wasn't.
As for the pic, it was the best I could get zooming in around the xenia......
